Embroidered Workwear & Branded Polos for Cape May County Businesses

If you're outfitting a restaurant crew in Avalon, a marina staff in Sea Isle, a real-estate office in Stone Harbor, or a contracting team across Cape May County, embroidered workwear is the upgrade your team deserves. Here's what to know about embroidery before you place an order at our shop on Route 50.

Why embroidery beats printing for workwear

Printing is great for events and giveaways. Embroidery is what you want for uniforms your team wears every day for years. A few reasons:

What we embroider most often around Cape May County

The "digitizing" fee โ€” what it is and why it's worth it

Embroidery machines don't read your logo file directly โ€” they read stitch instructions. Converting your logo into a stitch file is called digitizing. This is a one-time cost that produces a file we keep on record forever, so future orders skip it.

Typical pricing

Digitizing your logo (one-time)$45โ€“$90
Embroidered polo (12+ pieces, left chest)$22โ€“$32 each
Embroidered jacket / quarter-zip (12+)$38โ€“$65 each
Hats / caps (24+)$12โ€“$18 each
Aprons$18โ€“$28 each
Adding a name above the logo$4โ€“$6 per piece

Garment brand and stitch count drive the final price โ€” fine detail or larger logos cost more.

Turnaround

10โ€“14 business days from artwork approval is standard. First-time orders take a day longer because of digitizing and sample approval. Reorders are faster since your stitch file is already on file.

Tip for shore restaurants: order extras. Staff turnover happens, and reorders are quicker if we know which garments and sizes you already use. We keep records on file so even if your manager changes, the next person can just reorder.

FAQs

Can you embroider hats with a 3D / puff effect?

Yes. 3D puff embroidery looks great on structured caps. Adds about $2โ€“$3 per hat over flat embroidery.

What's the minimum order?

We can do as few as one piece, but most embroidery shops (including ours) set 6โ€“12 as the practical minimum to make digitizing worth it. For one-off pieces, ask about heat-applied embroidered patches.

Do you sew custom patches?

Yes โ€” embroidered patches can be made and sewn onto your existing garments (jackets, vests, etc.). A common request from local fire companies and trade shops.
