Cape May County real estate moves fast. New listings, weekend open houses, vacation-home turnovers, spring rollouts โ and the signs that go with them have to be ready before the listing hits MLS. Whether you're with Long & Foster, Berkshire Hathaway, Diller & Fisher, Compass, or running your own brokerage, here's what we make for Realtors out of our shop in Ocean View.
The signs Cape May Realtors actually use
H-frame yard signs (24ร18 or 30ร24)
The classic for-sale yard sign on a wire H-frame. Cheap, fast, and disposable. We print on corrugated plastic (Coroplast), which handles rain and the occasional rough handling but isn't meant to last seasons.
Panel signs on aluminum or PVC
For agents who reuse signs across listings, we print on aluminum composite (Dibond) or rigid PVC. The investment pays back fast โ these signs hold up to shore wind and salt for years. Pair them with rotating MLS-number riders.
Riders and toppers (24ร6)
Slim strips that snap above or below the main sign: "Open House Sunday," "Price Reduced," "Sold," "Beach Block," "Just Listed," "Pending." We print riders in bulk โ most agents keep a stack of standard ones plus listing-specific ones for high-end properties.
A-frames and sidewalk signs
Heavy plastic or steel A-frames with insertable Coroplast panels. Great for open-house weekends in Avalon and Stone Harbor neighborhoods where parking is far from the door.
Directional arrows
Coroplast or aluminum signs with H-frames pointing the way from main roads to the open house. We print Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Cape May, and Marmora street-grid versions all the time.
Materials that survive a shore winter
The wind off the bay and the salt in the air destroy cheap signs fast. Our recommendations by use case:
- Single listing, expected on the lawn 4โ12 weeks: 4mm corrugated plastic (Coroplast) โ cheapest, durable enough
- Permanent or reusable across listings: 1/8" aluminum composite (Dibond) with UV-protective inks โ 5+ years outdoors
- Indoor open-house signage: foam-core for cost, or PVC for repeat use
- Banner signs for new construction or vacation rentals: heavy 13oz vinyl, double-stitched edges

FAQs
Can you store our agent-specific riders between listings?
Many of our regular Realtor clients keep a stack of "Sold," "Open House," and "Pending" riders on hand. We can reorder these as a recurring monthly job.
Do you do wraps for real-estate vehicles?
Partial wraps and magnetic vehicle signs, yes. Full wraps we refer out to a vehicle-wrap specialist.
What file format works best?
PDF at 300 DPI with 1/8" bleed is ideal. AI/EPS works for our designers. If you only have your brokerage logo as a PNG, we can work with it โ call ahead.
